Verjus, literally "green juice" in French, is a flavorful juice pressed from grapes harvested very early in the season. Our Kendall-Jackson California Wine Country Chardonnay Verjus is pressed from Estate Grown Chardonnay grapes grown in the Arroyo Seco region of Monterey County. Like the wine varietal, this Verjus shows flavors of bright lemon, lime and green apple. Verjus is less intense than vinegar and adds complexity to salad dressing, sauces and beverages.

Our Kendall-Jackson California Wine Country Pinot Noir Verjus is pressed from Estate Grown Pinot Noir grapes from the Arroyo Seco region of Monterey County. Like the wine varietal, this Verjus shows bright and rich flavors of cranberry and cherries. Verjus is less intense than vinegar and adds complexity to salad dressing, sauces and beverages.
