This weekend the 21^st Annual Winter WINEland came to Sonoma County. It’s a great weekend, with numerous wineries throwing open their doors, pouring some great wine and pairing it with wonderful food. Here at K-J it was no exception.

At the Kendall-Jackson Tasting Room in Healdsburg, our culinary team created this delicious Valrhona Cabernet Chocolate Mousse. It was paired with our Hawkeye Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. And it was delicious.

At the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate and Gardens, our chefs were serving up this delicious Farro & Mushroom Salad with Truffle Cheese. It was paired with our Grand Reserve Cabernet Franc. It was another wonderful pairing.
