2009 Grand Reserve Pinot Gris

Estate Peas and Carrots, Delice de la Vallee, Seeded Wheat & Tarragon Vinaigrette
Beautiful roasted baby carrots are pickled and combined with shaved raw carrots then dressed in Meyer lemon olive oil.  This crunchy, refreshing spring salad pairs wonderfully with the crisp Monterey County Pinot Gris.

2012 AVANT Chardonnay

Green garlic vichyssoise
Spring green garlic replaces leeks in our version of classic vichyssoise.  The velvety richness of this chilled soup is balanced by the wine’s crisp acidity.  A touch of Estate Meyer lemon oil accentuates the lemon drop flavor in the AVANT.

2012 Jackson Estate Outland Ridge Pinot Noir

Smoked Duck, Pickled Beet & Wood Ear Mushroom Pincho
Lightly smoked duck breast, ume plum vinaigrette and shiso complement  the aromatic notes in the wine, while marinated wood ear mushrooms  and pickled beets bring out the subtle earthiness and dark fruit flavor.

2007 Grand Reserve Syrah

Sweet Tea Brined Niman Ranch Pork Belly Slider, Syrah BBQ Sauce
For our sliders, we roast Niman Ranch pork belly then dress each slice with house-made Syrah BBQ sauce. It may be a small sandwich but the flavor is big enough  to hold up to the long finish of our Syrah.

2006 Highland Estates Trace Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon

Housemade Lamb Merguez Sausage, Estate Micro Salad, Roasted Garlic Puree, Cassis Vinaigrette

Moroccan spiced sausage highlights the licorice and  cigar aromas in the wine, while the cassis in our vinaigrette  complements the rich, dark fruit notes.

2007 Late Harvest Chardonnay

Meyer Lemon Pot de Crème, Lemon curd, Candied pine nuts, lemon thyme meringue
Estate Meyer lemon custard is the perfect dessert for the  season. Vanilla bean and pine nuts bring out the complexity in the Late Harvest Chardonnay.

Mama Frischkorn’s Caramel Corn
This lush and indulgent dessert wine pairs perfectly with an old family recipe for caramel popcorn.
