2012 Grand Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

Cornmeal Crusted Estate Heirloom Fried Green Tomato with Crème Fraîche and Trout Caviar
The mild tanginess of the green tomato pairs well with the crisp acidity in the Sauvignon Blanc.

2012 Grand Reserve Chardonnay

Caramelized Delicata Squash Salad with Délice de la Vallée and K-J Estate Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
Ice lettuce and Meyer lemon olive oil compliments the wine’s tropical citrus notes, while the squash, cheese and Macona almonds bring out the creamy and lush texture of this Chardonnay.

Charred Eggplant Arancini with Carmody Cheese and Heirloom Tomato Sauce
The flavors of the grilled eggplant and rich tomato sauce highlight the earthiness & deep fruit of the 2011 Pinot Noir.

Sweet Tea Brined Niman Ranch Pork Belly Slider with Syrah BBQ Sauce
For our sliders, we roast Niman Ranch pork belly then dress each slice with house-made Syrah BBQ sauce. It may be a small sandwich but the flavor is big enough  to hold up to the long finish of our Syrah.

2007 Highland Estates Napa Mountain Merlot

Korean BBQ Beef Lettuce Wrap
We borrowed the intense flavors of Korean barbecue to pair  with our Napa Mountain Merlot. Skewered Snake River Farms tri-tip is marinated & grilled before being wrapped in a lettuce cup from our garden.

2007 Late Harvest Chardonnay

Chardonnay Financier, Peach-Vanilla Bean Sauce, Candied Hazelnuts, Lemon Verbena Meringue
Our financier is baked with almond and Chardonnay flours. Served with local raspberries.  Flavors of vanilla and candied nuts bring out the aromas of orange zest and honey in the Late Harvest Chardonnay.

Mama Frischkorn’s Caramel Corn
This lush and indulgent dessert wine pairs perfectly with an old family recipe for caramel popcorn.
