Title: Chardonnay and Red Meat
Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay is my wine of choice, but I also love a big steak. Is it ever appropriate to drink Chardonnay with red meat?
Yes, especially the Camelot Highlands Chardonnay. I’ve tested this combination with some serious wine drinkers at a number of renowned steak houses, and we all agree that certain Chardonnays like this one can stand up to any steak! It just another reminder that pairing food and wine should be fun, so mix and match to find unexpected combinations to enjoy!

Title: order of a red tasting
i'm hosting a wine tasting of KJ 2006 Grand Reserve Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, & Zinfandel. i will serve "small plates" with each wine. what order should i serve the wine & why? is there a dessert that goes with ALL of those wines? (i'd like people to drink their favorite of the 4 varietals with dessert)
1. Pinot Noir - vanilla pudding, creme brulee, stawberrie & cream.
2. Merlot - dark chocolate mouse, berries, chocolate torte, fondue
3. Cabernet Sauvignon - bittersweet chocolate or espresso gelato
4. Zinfandel - spice cake, gingerbread, orange-chocolate or carrot cake.
