Gluten-Free?

Title:  Gluten-free

Are your wines gluten-free? I know that some wines are made in barrels sealed in wheat flour paste, so I'm concerned about using wine for a dinner I'm making for my mother, who has celiac disease. Thanks!


We use new and some older oak barrels. Our newer barrels are made with a gluten-free based paste for the barrel chimes. However, the older barrels which we are phasing out may be made with some non-gluten free paste.  We use egg whites in the red wines for fining.
