Title:  Verjus Lemonade Recipe

My friends and I enjoyed the Verjus Lemonade that was served at the August KJ Farm Stand. I cannot locate the recipe on the recipe database. Will you please post it? We purchased Verjus for this purpose and are looking forward to making some lemonade. Thanks!

Title:  Lemonade

We had a wonderful lemonade at the tasting center and I was told it was made with the Chardonnay Verjus. Would you please share the recipe? I was also told there is a lemonade made with the Pinot Noir Verjus. I would love that recipe also. Thanks, Chris Norman

Title:  Crostini with Delice de la Vallee Cheese

Dear Chef Wangler,

On July 7, my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and among other activities we enjoyed the Food & Wine pairing at K-J. One of the items on the menu was the Crostini with Delice de la Vallee Cheese. You may recall that you gave us some of that special Delice cheese to bring home. Anyway, could you post the recipe? Title:  Pickled vegetables with chardonnay verjus

We had a wonderful wine pairing with Matthew in January that started with pickled vegetables in verjus. I bought a bottle of chardonnay verjus just for that recipe, but I can't find it on your website. Matthew, can you please share that delicious recipe?
