This past weekend we gathered a group of  new friends together for a weekend of wine education. From Thursday night until Sunday morning we toured vineyards, tasted wines and learned about why wine and food pair together so well.

A bi-product of our weekend of education was the chance to witness Harvest in action. Not all the grapes are coming in just yet, but grapes are coming off the vines. After an education class with our director of wine education we strolled around Jackson Park, a vineyard in Bennett Valley, which is where these grapes are.

While they might not be ready to come off the vine just yet, they do look fantastic, don’t you think? We can’t wait for these grapes to make some delicious wine very soon.
