Verjus, literally “green juice” in French which refers to its sour grape source, is a flavorful non-alcoholic juice pressed from grapes harvested each season. Our Pinot Noir Verjus is pressed from Estate grown Pinot Noir grapes in the Arroyo Seco region of Monterey County. Like the wine varietal, this Verjus shows flavors ofcranberry and cherries.

Verjus is less intense than vinegar, and adds complexity to salad dressings, sauces and beverages.
