2014 Grand Reserve White Meritage

Rock Cod, Cucumber, Dill, Horseradish
Lightly poached Local Rock Cod tossed with compressed Estate cucumbers, dill, and radishes dressed in a horseradish mirin vinaigrette that compliments the crisp acidity and richness of our Grand Reserve White Meritage.

2013 Jackson Estate Camelot Chardonnay

Bean, Grain, and Chardonnay Seed Bread, Hummus, Baby Vegetables
Heirloom beans from our garden are dried and ground, then mixed with chardonnay grapeseed flour, sunflower seeds and quinoa to make this delicious hearty bread.  We then top it with Meyer lemon and white bean hummus, spring baby vegetables and preserved lemon vinaigrette.

2014 Jackson Estate Seco Highlands Pinot Noir

Smoked Liberty Duck, Wood Ear Mushrooms, Pickled Radishes & Strawberries
Local duck is seared and slightly smoked, served chilled with a mushroom aioli, pickled radishes and strawberries, toasted sesame seeds and wood ear mushrooms.  This earthy dish has crisp acidity from the pickled strawberries that complement the flavors in the Pinot Noir.

2014 Jackson Estate Alisos Hills Syrah

Sweet Tea Brined Snake River Farms Pork Belly Slider, Red Wine BBQ Sauce
For our sliders, we roast pork belly then dress each slice with house-made BBQ sauce. It may be a small sandwich but the flavor is big enough to hold up to the long finish of our estate Syrah.

2013 Jackson Estate Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Lamb & Beef Kefta, Toasted Farro, Green Garlic Puree
Sonoma County lamb is ground fresh and seasoned with a blend of fresh garden herbs and dried plums served with green garlic, toasted Farro & kale puree. This bold Cabernet complements the spice and meaty flavors in the lamb.

2013 Grand Reserve Late Harvest Riesling

Buttermilk Mousse
This light and creamy dessert is sensational for summer. Plum jam, candied almonds and lemon poppy seed financier bring on the citrus and floral notes in our Grand Reserve Late Harvest Riesling.
