Our gardeners and vineyard managers are dedicated to sustainable farming techniques and fostering genetic diversity.

The culinary gardens at the Kendall-Jackson Wine Center are dedicated to intertwining fresh produce and wine. Our culinary team uses the produce from these gardens in their recipes and menus. The culinary gardens encompass four smaller gardens – International Cuisine Gardens, Seasonal Vegetable Trial Garden, Culinary Herb and Medicinal Herb Garden

Be sure to taste the produce while walking the gardens. Notice that we've planted special areas to attract butterflies and beneficial insects crucial to preserving natural balance in a garden. Many of the seeds we grow are heirloom and rare varieties, and we support Seed Savers Exchange, a non-profit organization for gardeners that saves and share seeds among its members.
