Wine & Cheese Pairing
Wine & Cheese Pairing
Kendall-Jackson Executive Chef Justin Wangler and Chef Tracey Shepos have created a pairing of Artisan Cheeses from Sonoma and Marin counties with six food-friendly wines from Kendall-Jackson.
Each farmstead cheese is paired with a different wine that compliments its flavor and texture. Chefs Wangler and Shepos have also created accompaniments from the estate culinary garden to each cheese that enhances the pairing and provides a perfect balance.
