Ingredients:

• 1 oz. good quality tequila
• 1 1/4 oz. Kendall-Jackson Pinot Noir or Chardonnay Verjus
• 1 1/4 oz. orange liqueur
• 2 tsp. sugar
• Juice of 2 limes

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients over 1 cup of ice.  Garnish with salt.
