Executive Chef Justin Wangler will feature Kurobuta Pork and American Wagyu Beef in this menu, sourced from Snake River Farms. Our cheese selection is from local Sonoma County cheesemaker, Valley Ford Cheese & Creamery.

Liberty Duck, from Sonoma County Poultry will be the focus of our August dinner with cheese, and fruit accents complements of Dry Creek Peach and Produce.

September is harvest with the garden at its summertime peak. This dinner features beef from our very own Mike Ward and his Ward Ranch. Cheese course provided by Bleating Heart Cheese.

Our last dinner of the season features poultry and pork from Sonoma County purveyor, Devil’s Gulch Ranch and Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company.
