CELEBRATE THE #KYDERBY WITH KENDALL-JACKSON

We are thrilled to announce that for the third year, Kendall-Jackson is the “Preferred Wine of the Kentucky Derby^® and Churchill Downs.” This year marks the 149^th Run for the Roses taking place on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Here is how you can join in on the fun.

FRIDAY, MAY 5: JIMMIE ALLEN CONCERT LIVE AT THE KENDALL-JACKSON ESTATE

Kick-off the Kentucky Derby Weekend on Friday, May 5 as multi-platinum-selling, Grammy Award-nominated Country star Jimmie Allen and special guest William Beckmann perform live at the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate and Gardens. Jam out to top country hits while you sip critically acclaimed wines under the stars of Sonoma County. Guests under 21 are permitted. Proper ID required upon entry for 21+. Food and alcohol are not included in ticket price. Food and alcohol sales are à la carte.

General Admission: $100 per ticket. Open Lawn Festival Seating. Low-back chairs and blankets are encouraged. Full-sized chairs are not permitted.

SATURDAY, MAY 6: THE OFFICIAL KENTUCKY DERBY PARTY AT THE KENDALL-JACKSON ESTATE

For the 2^nd year in a row, we're bringing the excitement to Sonoma County. Join us at the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens for the largest West Coast celebration for the 149th Run for the Roses. Our stunning four-acre culinary garden, expansive lawn, and alfresco patio will provide the perfect setting for a fun-filled day of wine, food, fashion, horse racing, and entertainment. Derby Day festivities at Kendall-Jackson will include a large-screen viewing of Kentucky Derby day races, fashion contests, Derby-inspired Southern cuisine paired with award-winning Kendall-Jackson wines, beer by Seismic Brewing Company, Golden State Cider, iconic mint juleps by Young & Yonder Spirits, and more. And this celebration is all for a good cause with event proceeds benefiting Farm to Pantry. It's all happening on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 11am until 5:30pm.

While some fans sip on bourbon, wine is our drink of choice on Derby day. To celebrate, we’re offering wine enthusiasts and sports fans two special bottlings featuring the best of California's coastal wine-growing regions. Blending our family's legacy of award-winning winemaking and Thoroughbred horse racing, we are thrilled to announce two commemorative wines: our 2021 Mendocino County Chardonnay and the 2020 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon. These bottles are limited-edition and will go fast so be sure to race to find them before Derby day at a store near you or online. Lucky enough to be in Kentucky?
