2020 Vintage

91 points, Matt Kettmann, Wine Enthusiast, Sept 2021

Very delicate on the nose, this rosé begins with clean and tight aromas of rose petal and red apple. There’s a line of chalk to the palate, where wet stone, pluot and light pomegranate flavors align.

Winemaking

Stainless steel cold fermented and bottled early to capture the fruit.

Vineyards

Our estate Panorama Vineyard sits in the heart of the Arroyo Seco AVA in Monterey County. Daily wind and cooling fog, make this one of the coldest wine regions in California, leading to a long growing season and extended hang time for the grapes. This maritime climate combined with well-drained loam and alluvial gravel soils produces Pinot Noir grapes with concentrated, bright, vibrant fruit flavors.
