Vineyards

  • Elevation: 1195 - 1230 feet
  • Soil: Vineyards are planted on the Yorkville Highlands that has Bearwallow-Hellman loam weathered from sandstone and shale.
  • Climate: Marine fog combined with large diurnal shifts in temperature lead to smaller berries, preserved acidity, and more intense flavors.
