I’m all about a Ladies Night In. I truly believe it is important to stay connected with our girlfriends on a regular basis. Plus after a hectic work week all I long for is a few hours with my girls to unwind, lift my spirits and laugh. So ladies, send the hubby off to a movie, pick up a few bottles of delicious wine and invite the ladies over for a girl’s night it.

The key to a successful night in is to not stress, keep it simple and have fun. When I first began hosting ladies night in, I used to go crazy with decorations and elaborate recipes. By the time my guests arrived I was drained, tired and unable to enjoy my own party.  These days I relax, take a few shortcuts and simply enjoy my time with my guests. Today I want to share a few of my favorite recipes that are simple to pull together and are sure to be a hit with the ladies.
