Recipe: Ceviche
Ceviche

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Serves 4
Ingridients:
1 lb red snapper, grouper or other firm-fleshed fish, thinly sliced
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup diced orange bell pepper
1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1 jalapeño pepper, deveined, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon salt
Tortilla chips
Lime wedges
In a non-reactive dish or bowl toss fish with orange juice, lime juice, orange and red bell pepper, cilantro, green onions, jalapenos and salt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, garnish with cilantro, lime wedges and serve.
