DIY Rosemary Name Setting
It’s Melissa from the Sweet Escape to share a super easy DIY name setting project to dress up your festive table for the upcoming holiday festivities. Name settings can make a dinner party a little more formal but I think it’s a nice finishing touch for those special occasions like Thanksgiving or the Holidays. I also think it’s a nice way to make your guests feel a little extra special and for those that just can’t help themselves, it’s also a great way to play match maker. Today I’m going to share this super easy DIY Rosemary Name Setting project with you.
Aren’t they sweet? There’s not much to these so they’re great for crafter’s of all levels. Here’s what you need:
MATERIALS
- Long sprigs of fresh rosemary
- Floral wire (or any thin wire)
- Ribbon in the color of your choice
- 1 piece of card stock
- Hole punch & scissors
Because this project uses fresh rosemary you can’t make them too far in advance. I would say one day ahead if you must but the day of is best.
It’s pretty simple - you just cut your rosemary to the size you want and then connect the two ends with the wire to form a wreath. Cover the wire with a piece of ribbon, pop on your name tag and voila! You’re done. Super easy.
With the natural material these will fit right into your Thanksgiving harvest table or add a red ribbon and make them into festive wreaths for your Holiday table. Want to recreate this festive holiday table setting? Watch the video below:
